Experience yoga surrounded by luminous paintings, gentle sounds and immersive light art. At Immersive Yoga , a guided yoga class awaits you in the atmospheric center of our new show From Vermeer to Van Gogh - The Dutch Masters - exclusively at Port des Lumières Hamburg.

Immerse yourself in the world of 17th century Dutch painting - with projections full of light, color and harmony. As you move through a mindful yoga practice, the works of Vermeer, Rembrandt and Van Gogh unfold around you in flowing images. You will be accompanied by gentle, specially composed soundscapes that bring body and mind into harmony.

This unique combination of art, movement and mindfulness invites you to come fully into yourself - in the midst of art and yet completely in the moment. 🌟🪐

About the teacher:

The session will be led by Janet Wilkens, a passionate yoga teacher with 800 hours of Advanced Certification in Jivamukti Yoga. For Janet, yoga is the way to break free from expectations and beliefs - on the mat and in everyday life. Her classes are dynamic, powerful and full of creative sequences that challenge and invigorate body and mind at the same time. In addition to classic Jivamukti classes, she also teaches Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, finding a harmonious balance of energy and calm.
