The "Being in Motion" workshop consciously combines yoga with holistic movement training to strengthen body, mind and community in equal measure. Yoga focuses on breathing awareness, stability and mindfulness - for inner peace and mental clarity. Movement training complements this with creative, playful and varied forms of movement that promote coordination, motor skills and emotional experience. This will make you active, mobile and invigorated - perfect for staying fit through the winter.
The workshop is led by Pablo and Mia. Together they will create an inclusive, lively space for self-care, collaborative growth and playful movement.

- Mat or blanket (optional)
- Water bottle
The workshop is open to beginners and anyone who wants to experience movement, relaxation and community.
