Sleep is one of the most important and often underestimated ways to actively do something for our own mental health. How well we sleep directly influences how we feel, think and how we deal with stress. The first information evening at our calm day clinic in Munich will take place on June 10 at 6 p.m. and will focus on the influence of sleep on body and soul.
In the lecture with Dr. Kira Wolff, we will look at how sleep actually occurs, what forms of sleep disorders there are and, above all, what you can do yourself in everyday life to positively influence your sleep. We will also look at helpful routines, typical stumbling blocks and common myths about sleep.
