Ingo Paul & das Geheimnis – Liedermacher-Pop

Songs about searching, about finding, about being free, about losing, about leaving, about happiness, about letting go, about failure, about life.

Ingo Paul has been making music in various constellations for many years, the longest time with FOUR ROSES. and has performed in many different places, even making it to China! He has always written songs on the side that didn't always fit in with the band's concept. The lyrics are very important to him.
When bassist and arranger Christian Schierwagen heard some of the songs, he was enthusiastic, wrote the arrangements and a whole album was created.

The German lyrics use direct language with subtlety and humor, deal with topics that affect us all and are far removed from the sentimentality and pathos of current German pop.

The musicians are all professionals from the Leipzig scene who have already left their mark. The gifted Heiko "Flecke" Flechsig is on guitar, jazz musician Ali Krause is on keyboards, all-round drummer Per Winker grooves like hell and bassist Christian Schierwagen growls in the lower registers. So you can look forward to mature music-making at a high level. Sandrino Scherbaum also makes a guest appearance on the blues harp. A very special surprise guest is yet to be revealed.
