Shaping educational transitions - using social space

The SoVD Hamburg invites you to an information event

In the SoVD event series "Inclusive education: What you always wanted to know", speaker Dr. Angela Ehlers, Federal Chairperson of the Association for Special Education, will answer basic questions on the topic and offer participants the opportunity to exchange ideas and engage in discussion.

This part will focus on successful educational transitions in the educational biographies of children and young people: How can the transitions from one level of education to the next - for example from nursery to elementary school or from elementary school to secondary school - be successfully designed for people with participation restrictions and special support needs? We will show who can provide support in specific cases in the social space, i.e. in the entire multi-professional network around an educational institution.

All interested parties are cordially invited to attend, participation is free of charge. The number of participants is limited. Registration is therefore required: anmeldung@sovd-hh.de
