Interkultureller Austausch: Stadtteile, in denen wir leben

with Halime Cengiz, Maren Bock and other Muslim and non-Muslim women from different parts of the city

Muslim and women's movement women from Bremen have been meeting since 2007. We have all grown very fond of this exchange. Our interest and curiosity for each other has grown even more.

In December, we want to focus on the different districts in which we live.
What do they mean to us? Do we feel at home and how connected are we to them? How do we show that we belong? Are we involved in our neighborhoods, including on a voluntary basis, and do we have many contacts? Do we use cultural offerings and do we feel addressed by them as citizens? Where are the differences and similarities?
We look forward to a lively discussion, a lively exchange and getting to know each other better.

The event will take place in the Bilal-i-Habesi Mosque in Bremen Neustadt (Kornstraße 571, 28201 Bremen).
