Interkultureller Austausch: Unsere Geschwister

with Halime Cengiz, Maren Bock and other Muslim and non-Muslim women from different parts of the city

Muslim and women's movement women from Bremen have been meeting since 2007. We have all grown very fond of this exchange. Our interest and curiosity for each other has grown even more.

We want to talk about our brothers and sisters on this evening. What relationship do we have with them and what significance do they have for us? Do we see differences between sisters and brothers, or is it always very individual? What history do we have with our brothers and sisters and do we still share this today? Do we maintain intensive contact with our siblings or have we grown apart so that we no longer have any contact with some of them? Do we recognize cultural differences between us or do we each view them differently? We will enter into an intensive exchange about this.

The event will take place in the Mescid-i-Aksa Mosque (Münchener Straße 52, 28215 Bremen).

The event is for women.
