Internationaler Klimastreik

On November 14, 2025, we are going on strike - because the climate crisis is escalating and we are still not doing what is necessary. As one of the richest countries in the world, Germany has an enormous responsibility. But instead of delivering consistent climate protection, fossil fuel projects continue to be approved, corporations protected and international obligations ignored.

We no longer have time for empty promises. That's why we're taking to the streets on November 14 in countless places all over Germany. We are striking - for real change, for international solidarity and for policies that finally take action.

Why are we demonstrating?

The climate crisis is escalating - industrialized countries must take global responsibility.
Ten years after the Paris Climate Agreement, the climate crisis is escalating more sharply than ever. While in countries such as Pakistan, Congo and the Philippines, which have hardly contributed to the climate crisis, the disasters are becoming more and more severe and people around the world want a better future, the states must finally decide on clear solutions at the World Climate Conference. But the German government is threatening to go to Brazil empty-handed, putting its climate policy integrity at risk and thus jeopardizing international climate protection. This is a climate crisis made in Germany - it must not happen!

From Belém to Berlin - we are fighting against the fossil fuel lobby.
Oil and gas companies, the car lobby, fossil fuel politicians: instead of protecting people from the crisis, dirty corporations and fossil fuel politicians are profiting globally and nationally from the ever-increasing climate crisis. We are angry, determined and taking up the fight against these steps backwards. United and in solidarity with activists on the front lines of the climate crisis, we are standing up. In Germany and around the world, we will take to the streets on November 14 for the climate strike and on November 15 at the halfway point of the climate conference in Brazil and make it clear: the fossil fuel lobby and its allies are strong, but together we are stronger. For a fair future for all!

10 years after Paris - Germany must now implement the fossil fuel phase-out and finally assume international responsibility.
At the World Climate Conference, German negotiators must consistently advocate for a rapid phase-out of fossil fuels worldwide and climate financing that actually meets the needs of the Global South. The new forest protection fund ('Tropical Forest Forever Facility') must be implemented ambitiously and the funds must be channeled directly and transparently to the indigenous peoples. The German government and the EU must clearly back the Paris Agreement, present a strong EU climate target and finally get on track for climate justice.
