This concert series presents powerful positions in contemporary experimental pop music. Its third installment brings together reflections on contemporary social issues in one evening. The artistic approaches and expressions shown are very different - a broad spectrum extends.

This leads us into the "pantry of the end of the world": The band Erregung öffentlicher Erregung presents their album of the same name. No other German band succeeds so aptly in transforming zeitgeisty themes and the absurdities of our society into biting miniatures. The tracks are inviting and groovy, the metaphors culinary and their work remains complex and highly interesting at all times.

As a counterpoint to this design, Danish sound artist Hasfeldt presents his current work "If You Ever Need Me", consisting of video and brittle electronica. He too is interested in the big issues of the present. And creates epic, almost sacred sound-image spaces to negotiate them.

Mira Mann opens this evening in Munich with a cover version of Donna Summer's classic "She works hard for the money".

In the TAM TAM Treppenbar, an experimental DJ set by Berlin and Munich-based sound artist Slovva will frame the evening.
