It's all there for you to feel and live. But virtually no one teaches us to prioritize ourselves, to put ourselves first, especially when it comes to sexuality and intimacy! Shame often outweighs our most intimate desires and fantasies or there is often an underlying fear of not being pretty enough, sexy enough, orgasmic enough or good enough for anything at all, so we prefer to stick to what we know, where we feel safe.
