Jacques Stotzem - Fingerstyle with heart and soul

Jacques Stotzem is one of the most versatile fingerstyle guitarists on the current guitar scene. Born in Verviers in 1959, the Belgian guitarist has now recorded 18 CDs and is one of the absolute favorites for many fans of acoustic guitar music.

With the rare ability to seamlessly combine moments of sensitivity with bursts of fiery expression, he has cultivated an unmistakable and very personal style. Stotzem's playing is characterized by impeccable technical mastery, coupled with an intuitive sense of timing and phrasing that ensures every note is hit with precision. His performances exude the effortless composure and professionalism of a seasoned virtuoso.

His latest album "Histoires sans mots" (Stories without words) is inspired by the joy of finally being on tour again after what feels like an endless period of crisis and sharing the music with the audience in the concert halls! For Jacques Stotzem, this remains the main goal of his life as a musician
