Every year again - only completely different: The Moving Krippenspielers return to Wuppertal! For 16 winters, this unusual ensemble has been touring the country as a jazzy Christmas miracle, unleashing a festival of sounds that oscillates between pastoral chorale, funk groove and alphorn excess.

With crazy virtuosity, wit and theatricality, Matthias Schriefl, Simon Rummel, Johannes Bär and Kalle Mathiesen transform traditional Christmas tunes into a musical spectacle full of surprises - jazz meets folk music meets world music meets madness. A divinely grooving nativity play for the ear, heart and diaphragm.
