Axel Zwingenberger has been an international ambassador of boogie woogie for decades. His name is synonymous worldwide with this gripping piano style, whose drive and improvisational power he has cultivated to the highest level in countless concerts, collaborations with jazz and blues legends and over 30 albums.

Joja Wendt, one of Europe's most versatile pianists, is deeply rooted in this music - and has always incorporated it as a living source into his artistic work. Whether classical, jazz, pop or his own compositions: Wendt brings together joy of playing, virtuosity and openness without losing the authenticity and his roots of boogie woogie.
