As part of the lila lettern event series, poet and podcaster Jule Weber will be presenting her latest work "ich zeichne meinen standort auf die haut".

Jule Weber's poems reflect the fragility of life, the striving for closeness, for a home that is not just made up of walls. They reach for the moments that define us - the noisy ones, the quiet ones, the lost ones and those to which we attach too little importance. Weber writes of spaces of entered silence, coagulated time, quiet crises and questions that burn within us. Her poetry traces the paradox of social community and loneliness, making it possible to grasp how world events seep unnoticed into our inner selves. An unforgettable volume of poetry: political and in love with language, stubborn and melancholy, tender and feminist.
