Kuttner explains the world. He doesn't need much: just a laptop, a screen and himself.

Each evening, he approaches a different major topic of humanity, which can be as fundamental as love, sex, cars, soccer, but also as difficult as the democratization potential of the German pop song, the political suitability of Central American cacti and the aesthetic aberrations of Mick Jagger.
The principle behind it is always the same: every evening consists A of the videos and B of Kuttner, the man who selects them in advance, cuts them up and finally presents them on stage. Kuttner draws on highlights and absurd moments from international film and television culture.

But as entertaining, informative and funny as the snippets are, the real attraction lies in Kuttner's pointed commentary.

The video snippet evenings have been organized by radio legend and theater maker Jürgen Kuttner every month since 1996 at the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz in Berlin and have long since achieved cult status. From Hamburg to Munich to Vienna and Zurich, Kuttner has already been a guest at renowned theaters. And now also in Heilbronn, where he celebrated his premiere last season with "Schwabenpower" at the Theaterschiff Heilbronn.
