Last fall, Kat Frankie surprised, amazed, moved to tears and thrilled audiences with her "BODIES" project.

On her tour, she sold out the Elbphilharmonie and the Berlin Philharmonie, among others. With its a cappella ensemble, the show drew standing ovations from the audience. Reason enough to further develop "BODIES" and present it live again. The organizers are overjoyed to be able to present this special program, which has sold out concert halls in the metropolises of Berlin, Hamburg, Dresden, Cologne, Munich and Leipzig, in the Rheingoldhalle.

While Frankie had been incorporating purely vocal parts into her show for some time, the idea of performing a complete concert with only female voices grew in her mind. Kat Frankie's songs are incredibly powerful, tender and thoughtful - her compositions range from passionate to playful. And then there is the sheer physical power of eight women in harmony.

Kat Frankie: "There are no instruments, which for some reason is incredibly liberating. When there are eight people on stage - eight bodies, eight voices and nothing else - the usual structures and expectations don't seem to apply. To be honest: I hardly think there's anything quite like it."
