Katrin Iskam presents her current garden comedy live tour with "Gärtnern ohne viel Geschiss". She became known for her humorous take on gardening and her practical tips, which she shares on social media and on stage.

Iskam is a trained and active nurse and is now one of the most influential voices on the German-speaking gardening scene. More than 220,000 people follow her on her Instagram channel @katrinsgarten, which was awarded 1st place in the German Gardening Book Prize. She is also a four-time SPIEGEL bestselling author with titles such as "Mit Witz, Charme und Methode - Das etwas andere Gartenbuch" (2022), "Klotzen statt kleckern" (2023), as well as "Mit Herz & Gabel durch Katrins Gartenjahr 2025" (2024) and 2026 (2025).

Iskam grew up in the Altmark region and now lives in Himbergen in the Lüneburg Heath. Her garden, the starting point for many of her projects and stories, is also located there. In her programs, she talks about her everyday work and experiences in the garden - from cutting down several fir trees with a handsaw to the misadventures she experiences together with her dachshund Tyson, the "head gardener". The picture is completed by Waldemar, her husband, who accompanies her enthusiasm for plants with humor.

"Gärtnern ohne viel Geschiss" combines practical gardening tips with entertaining stories and shows gardening from a personal and everyday perspective. Iskam places particular emphasis on encouraging her viewers to try out their own projects in the garden - with simplicity, serenity and a smile.
