Are you still purring - or are you already roaring?

Self-perception and perception of others, presence, impact: how do you see yourself - and how do others perceive you? In this inspiring "Cat or Lioness?" workshop, you will explore your impact, learn from other women and develop new forms of expression - with your voice, body and posture.

What you can expect

- 🧠 Self-awareness: Who am I? How do I come across?

- 👁️‍🗨️ Perception of others: feedback that strengthens rather than inhibits

- 💃 Body language & voice: Posture, facial expressions, gestures - using them consciously

- 🌟 Charisma & presence: appear courageous, clear and authentic

Participation & atmosphere

You decide how intensively you get involved. Observation is also part of learning - everything happens without pressure to perform and without comparisons. However, participation is expressly welcome!

Target group

For women aged 16 and over - regardless of background, profession or experience.

Language

The workshop will be held in German.

Location & Duration

Clockwise Bremen Duration: approx. 4 hours incl. break of approx. 30 minutes

Workshop leader

Oxana Arkaeva - opera singer, performance and presentation coach, founder of KLANGRAUM MENSCH. With her PASSO method, Oxana accompanies people who want to strengthen and professionalize their performance and presence step by step ("passo per passo").

Participation fee
