Kellerbier & Mate

Since 2022, 'Kellerbier und Mate' has regularly flooded the basement stage of Erlangen's E-Werk. The late night show mixes politics, interviews, music, slam lyrics, humor and audience interaction into a wild mixture that the two hosts Yannik Ambrusits and Nicolas Schmidt and their house & yard record spinner Moormann try to get under control. On Labor Day, the two hosts invite you back to the E-Werk and have invited two wonderful guests from the worlds of politics and music to the Kellerbühne. Be there and join in!

Lukas Eitel's face has been omnipresent in Erlangen's cityscape in recent months. On thousands of election posters, the local politician has campaigned for the strengthening of social issues and his party Die Linke. Eitel was born in Erlangen in 1998, shortly after Gerhard Schröder was elected German Chancellor, and later went to the Albert-Schweitzer-Gymnasium in Alterlangen, where he won a stock market simulation game. It is not known whether he was close to the FDP at the time. After studying sociology/economics, he moved to the Anger district of Erlangen and joined the Left Party in 2016. He has been a member of Erlangen City Council since 2024 and was elected leader of the Left Party in March 2026. He owns an almost life-size cardboard cut-out of Winfried Kretschmann. We will find out from Lukas Eitel himself on May 1 whether this has influenced him politically (and much more, of course).

You won't find much information about Geneva on the internet, which is rather unusual for 2026. She is a singer-songwriter from Nuremberg whose songs are usually written between rooms, everyday life and thoughts, inspired by her life, nature and her own imagination. In these songs, she tells stories, records observations and processes experiences intuitively. Geneva's magical music is calm, honest and leaves room for what emerges while listening. A calm antithesis to the often frenetic dynamics of a late night show.
