Please contact us directly after your ticket purchase to reserve one of our time slots: 10:00-13:00 or 13:00-16:00.

Groups of 8 people or more can only be booked by email!

This ticket is a basic ticket. Only certain ceramics are included. Each additional drink (matcha, hojicha or our signature mocktails) or another higher-priced ceramic will incur additional costs.

Further costs such as additional ceramics or drinks will be charged on site in cash, via PayPal or card payment at the event.

What you can expect:

Your ticket includes a ceramic worth up to 20€ and a drink of your choice - whether matcha, hojicha, or mocktail. This ticket is a basic ticket. Each additional drink (matcha, hojicha or our signature mocktails) or another higher-priced ceramic will incur additional costs.

Your creative slot lasts 3 hours, including a short introduction to techniques, designs and further assistance. If there are still places available afterwards, you are welcome to continue painting, dreaming and designing.

Did you know that you can also have a candle poured into your cup or bowl for just €10-15 extra? There are no limits to your creativity!

The experience:

Imagine: Soft music in the background, the scent of freshly foamed matcha, the gentle clink of the brushes in the water cup. You are sitting with friends, laughing, chatting - and step by step your own work of art is being created in front of you.
An evening where clay becomes memories and color becomes joy.

Who is it perfect for?

For friends, couples, teams and creative minds of all kinds. Ideal for hen parties, birthdays or team events where the focus is on togetherness. No previous experience necessary - we bring all the materials, the instructions and of course the fun.

What happens when I'm finished?

You leave your finished ceramics with us, as they still need to be glazed and fired before you can use them. We will take a photo of your ceramics and send you a message as soon as they are ready and make an appointment to collect them.

Due to the size of our kiln and our opening hours, it may take 3-4 weeks before you can collect your ceramics.

Note on reservations and price changes

A reservation via our booking system only secures the space for the selected date, but does not constitute a binding purchase contract.

Price changes or adjustments to our offer can be made at any time and also apply to reservations that have already been made. There is no entitlement to the prices or conditions valid at the time of reservation as long as no payment has been made and thus no legally effective contract has been concluded.

Only when the ticket has been paid for in full is the contract bindingly concluded at the conditions valid at that time. The reservation therefore serves exclusively to secure a seat for organizational purposes.

Cancellation conditions

Cancellation free of charge:
Up to 7 days before the event date, you can cancel your booking free of charge by e-mail/WhatsApp or rebook to another date.

Cancellation 6 to 2 days before the date:
If you cancel between 6 and 2 days before the event date, we will charge 50% of the ticket price. Alternatively, you can rebook once free of charge to another date or transfer your ticket to another person.

Cancellation from 48 hours before the event / no-show:
If you cancel less than 48 hours before the start of the event or in the event of ano-show, the full ticket price will be charged. A refund is not possible in this case. However, you can transfer your ticket to another person - please let us know in good time.

Group bookings (8 or more people):
The same deadlines apply for groups of 8 or more people; due to the higher planning effort involved, we reserve the right to charge at least 50% of the total amount for last-minute cancelations (less than 7 days). We will clarify details as part of the individual group confirmation by email.

Rebookings:
Subject to availability, rebooking to another date is possible oncefree of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the event. Any further rebooking may be subject to a processing fee of €10 per booking.

Vouchers & promotional prices:
Tickets that have already been paid for can usually be converted into vouchers, but cannot be paid out in cash. Promotional prices and discounts cannot be combined with other promotions and are only valid for the advertised period and the respective event.

Important note for rebooking:
If you rebook your ticket to another date (regardless of the time of the rebooking), the new event is considered a new booking. It is not possible to cancel again free of charge. If the new date is canceled - no matter how many days in advance - 100% of the ticket price will be charged as a cancellation fee. The rebooking itself is free of charge up to 48 hours before the original event; after that, it is subject to the above-mentioned cancellation rules (50% for 6-2 days, 100% for <48 h). We therefore recommend that rebookings are made well in advance.

These regulations help us to plan material, staff and places fairly - and at the same time to provide you and all other guests with a high-quality experience.
