King 810 are returning to Germany in June 2026 for three exclusive club shows on the Summer Solstice Tour. The US band from Flint, Michigan, will be making stops in Wiesbaden (June 29, Schlachthof), Karlsruhe (June 30, Die Stadtmitte) and Munich (July 1, Backstage Club), bringing their uncompromising and multi-layered soundscape to German stages. Between brute nu-metal riffs, disturbing alternative rock, experimental hip-hop, electronica and dark jazz, the quartet unfolds an intense live experience that deliberately moves beyond common genre boundaries.

Founded in 2007 in the industrial city of Flint, which was characterized by economic decline and crime, King 810 developed an artistic identity early on that is characterized by raw reality and radical openness. In 2012, the EP Midwest Monsters attracted attention in the scene and earned the band a contract with Roadrunner Records. The debut album Memoirs Of A Murderer was released in the same year, attracting widespread attention with its ruthless honesty and stylistic independence.

This was followed in 2015 by Midwest Monsters 2, an ambitious mixtape in collaboration with DJ Drama, which redefined the boundaries between rap and metal and featured guest contributions from renowned hip-hop artists such as Freddie Gibbs. A year later, La Petite Mort Or A Conversation With God set new artistic standards before frontman David Gunn deepened his poetic side on the acoustic-influenced EP Queen. With Suicide King (2018), the band broke away from major label structures and embarked on an independent, consistently autonomous path.

In recent years, King 810 have become increasingly theatrical and conceptual. The apocalyptic work B.O. Concerto No.47, 11th Movement In G Major (2020) underlined the band's avant-garde aspirations, while the EP K5: follow my tears..., released in 2023, is considered the most haunting and emotionally complex material to date. Frontman David Gunn describes the band's creative direction as striving for absolute truthfulness - uncompromising, intense and free from convention.
