For Christmas, the cinema group has opted for a timeless treat for the whole family on the usual big screen: The iconic Cinderella film from a former ČSSR/GDR co-production.
Since her father's death, Cinderella has lived as a maid on her father's estate. The stepmother and her daughter Dora make her do a series of household chores. Cinderella's friends at the farm include the pigeons, Nicholas the horse, Kasperle the dog, Rosalie the owl and Vinzek the farmhand. The latter gives her three hazelnuts. One day, Cinderella meets a young prince in the forest and falls in love with him. The hazelnuts help her to win the prince's heart.
