"Sound to word". A poetry listening salon. With Katharina Schweissguth (Poesieboten e.V.).

In the green oasis of Kronenpark, we listen into niches and explore branches. From time to time, acoustic axes open up into the distance and the past. Their echoes combine with the sounds of the here and now. The whooping of the children meets the sighing of faded elephants, the choo-choo of the train thundering past meets the rustling of the treetops ... We playfully transform what we have just heard into poetic morsels, which we share with each other over a picnic.

A HörSalon together with Poesieboten e.V.

The HörsSalons are an art-science format of the CitySoundscapes research project, which works on biodiversity, health and sound. They combine shared listening, knowledge of urban ecology and artistic impulses to create a shared experience in urban nature.
