Bootcamp means functional training in the fresh air. With the help of the HIIT training concept, the body is brought up to speed, strength, endurance and coordination are improved and plenty of calories are burned.
The boot camp at Dortmunder U takes participants right across the building. At several stations from the ground floor to the roof terrace, the trainers from "Original Bootcamp" will make sure that you work up a good sweat.
Please note: Please come in sportswear suitable for the weather as we do not have changing rooms and bring your own mat.

The "Kleiner Freitag" takes place every Thursday from 7 pm at different locations in and around the Dortmunder U.
