Become a climate researcher!
During the climate holiday week, children between the ages of 9 and 12 can spend four days exploring our climate and learning how climate change affects the world. Every day there will be a themed focus with a special highlight.
🌍 O ne day will be dedicated to the creation of waste and its impact on the climate. A special highlight on the program is a trip to the park.
🌍 Another day will focus on renewable energies and the climate. In experiments, the children playfully discover how energy is generated
🌍O n the third day, the focus is on forests and the climate. The children learn how forests influence our climate - and, conversely, how climate change affects the forest.
🌍 The last project day deals with the topic of animals and climate. In addition to the influence of animal husbandry on climate change, the children explore how changing climate conditions affect animals. As a special highlight, the children get to know the nature museum's bee colony better.
All programs are accompanied by games and craft activities. The main aim is to create a better understanding of the environment and climate change in a playful way, away from prohibitionist thinking.
A delicious lunch is provided, but you should bring your own snacks and drinks.
