KONTROLLVERLUST transform songs from anime, film and TV into ecstatic club shows in which nostalgia and mosh pits merge seamlessly. After two sold-out tours, the band returns to the stage in November 2026 with a new album and a new show.

Märchen schreit die Zeit is no ordinary concert, but an energetic overall experience: four experienced live performers, well thought-out show elements, a detailed stage design and a frontman with uncompromising crowd control. Humor, spontaneity and escalation have made KONTROLLVERLUST one of the most relevant live acts in the anime, gaming and punk rock niche.

Musically, Disney classics and iconic songs from almost 70 years of pop culture meet the band's unmistakable style - familiar and new at the same time, but always with maximum impact. The rules are rewritten here: Wall of Death to Käpt'n Balu, Circlepit to Gummibärenbande.

The success speaks for itself: up to 250,000 monthly Spotify listeners, tens of thousands of followers on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram as well as a highly active community including a fan club. The press also celebrates the shows as concert highlights.

Despite all the escalation, the Safespace idea remains central. The concerts are a cross-generational meeting place for fans of anime, film, gaming and music - loud, respectful and communal.

The album Märchen schreit die Zeit, whose songs become collective anthems live, is released alongside the tour.
