Jürg Baur (1918-2010) was one of the most important contemporary composers of the 20th century and left his mark on musical life in the region and far beyond. The Heinrich Heine Institute preserves his legacy and commemorates him - in collaboration with the Jürg Baur Society - in this concert. Performers include bassoonist Theo Plath.
