Konzert: Matching Outfits +tba (Indiepop / Indierock)

In the organizer's words:

Matching Outfits are a trio of Berliners by choice whose quirky, wistful take on indie pop has been likened to "a Super 8 movie from the family floor". Singer Linnea Mårtensson's lyrics capture life's great losses and small inconveniences in heartbreaking, sometimes hilarious detail, while sweet harmonies turn into dissonant outbursts and rousing choruses. Their debut cassette "Band Made Out Of Sand" caught the attention of cult radio station WFMU as well as the New Jersey label Bar/None (Yo La Tengo, The Feelies), which signed the band and released their second album "Ditch Me" on July 25, 2025. The band doesn't wear matching outfits, except when they do.
