Köster & Weggefährten - Stabil nervös!

Their life experience, curiosity and joy of playing don't even have room in an entire wardrobe. Gerd Köster and his companions have been on tour together since 2024.

In the concert program "Stabil Nervös", things never heard or not heard for a long time are mixed with the tried and tested and the new. As always, Gerd Köster presents many songs in a topical, sarcastic and very funny way.

And of course there is sadness about the loss of his long-time companion Frank Hocker, who died unexpectedly in 2023. His wonderful songs have a right to live on.

And so melancholy meets joie de vivre, profundity meets jokes, mourning meets fond memories, criticism meets scribbles. Thoughtfulness and good humor, contradictions and romance are given space, sound and voice. Depending on their mood, they serve up thoughtful folk, heart-rending blues and snotty rock 'n roll.

The long-time companions are: the fantastic Frisian Helmut Krumminga, and Buddy Sacher (formerly Ars Vitalis) on guitars, and Gerhard Sagemüller on drums/percussion.
