Krabat [12+]

Krabat, an orphan boy, is driven by strange dreams to the mill at Koselbruch. There he is offered an apprenticeship. Krabat accepts and quickly finds new companions at the mill. He soon realizes that he has entered into no ordinary agreement: As well as working as a miller, the sinister master teaches his journeymen the art of black magic, which can be used to influence nature and people. Fascinated by the possibilities opened up by the spells, Krabat becomes a diligent pupil. But over time, he learns what other terrible secrets the mill holds.

Using puppet theater, "Krabat" tells of the temptations of power, resistance to injustice and the fight for freedom.

One performance will take place as a relaxed performance as part of theater+.
