Kreativworkshop “In meinem Körper zuhause“ – Körperressourcen & Selbstliebe mit Döndü

In the organizer's words:

In this workshop, we connect with our body's sources of strength and strengthen our relationship with ourselves. Through mindful exchange, painting and creative writing, we create space for self-awareness, expression and self-love. A safe place for anyone who wants to get closer to themselves and grow inwardly. In addition to exercises for body awareness and creative methods, there will be impulses from somatic practice and self-compassion research.

The workshop will be given by Döndu (she/he): Döndü has been giving workshops on body&sexuality, critical whiteness, self-care and empowerment for four years. Apart from that, she is politically active, sometimes performs on spoken word stages, walks a lot in the east of Hamburg and uses her free time mainly to devote herself to writing and painting.
