A murder case between the creative scene, relationships and hidden conflicts
A crime trail is your opportunity to explore Bonn on your own - and become an investigator yourself. With your smartphone in hand, you follow an exciting story, collect clues, question suspects and decide for yourself which trail to follow next. Without time pressure, without a fixed route - but with lots of puzzle fun and a spirit of discovery.
In the "Death of the Artist" case, the Bonn art scene is in shock: Alex Weigand, an up-and-coming artist about to have his first major exhibition, is found dead. The police are in the dark - there are no clear leads, but there is no shortage of possible motives. Alex's entourage was seething: his ex-girlfriend Ilka and her friend Jasmin, his best friend Kamal and his brother Freddy - and then there is Taro, who apparently had more in common with Alex than is initially known. Who really had a motive? And who is trying to hide something?
Now it's up to you. You pick up the trail, compare statements, check alibis and piece together the individual clues bit by bit. You soon realize that not every clue leads directly to the truth - and some statements raise more questions than they answer. A close look and clever combinations are crucial here.
Your investigations take you through the Musikerviertel, one of Bonn's most charming districts. Starting at the Kurfürstliches Gärtnerhaus on Baumschulwäldchen, you will move through quiet streets with old buildings and lots of greenery, past the university, along Königsstraße and the elegant Poppelsdorfer Allee to Poppelsdorf Palace. Beethovenstraße will also be part of your search for clues - a place where past and present meet.
Between cafés, small streets and extensive green spaces, a district unfolds that is perfect for your investigations - sometimes relaxed, sometimes surprising, always with a hint of mystery.
