In the Kujus Creative Collective, you meet up with other young people who enjoy creating and want to go public with their design ideas. However, it is also a meeting place for those who are still looking for inspiration or want to develop ideas together and create something collaborative and communal.

In the spirit of upcycling, you will experiment with a variety of materials and try out different techniques. You then plan with the group how to present everything that has been created to the public in an exhibition.

And why is it called Kujus?
Kujus is a cooperation between the Monheim am Rhein art school and Sojus 7. You will be active in the rooms of the Sojus 7 socio-cultural center and around Sojus 7. The host is the artist Vanessa Stratmann, who works both at Sojus 7 and at the art school.

Other artists will also be visiting. On September 18, for example, Sina Coirazza will be a guest. In her workshop "My shirt - My style", you can print old or new T-shirts with patterns you have designed yourself or create your very own design using stencils and pens.
