Kulturwochen Eritrea | 2. Kochkurs

In the organizer's words:

The cooking course takes place in the school kitchen.

Why not try something new? Together we will try Eritrean cooking. All workshops are led by Eritreans. We try typical Eritrean spices, ingredients and compositions. The famous Eritrean flatbread (injira) is a must. You will also learn lots of interesting details about Eritrean cuisine and culture. Whether you cook often or are just finding your feet, we will go through this day together and support each other. At the end, we will enjoy a meal together in a cozy atmosphere. All cooking classes are on a donation basis. Register quickly, experience has shown that the cooking classes fill up quickly. Please bring tea towels, containers for samples, a favorite knife and, if you like, an apron and your favorite drink. The food is vegetarian.

The event is organized in cooperation with the volunteer office of the city of Schwentinental.
