Language is the most important means of communication. Ten different languages are spoken in Eritrea. In addition to these, English and Italian are used as second or foreign languages. The most important languages in everyday life are Tigrinya, Arabic and to some extent English. In this course, you will make your first acquaintance with Tigrinya.
What does this East African language sound like? What letters are there and how are they written? How do you greet each other in Tigrinya or how do you count? This course is for participants with no previous knowledge and is led by Bereket Brhane.
