Vernissage with artist talk & guest shift is on November 22, 2025 at 6:30 pm at BAR MARTINELLI in the BETRIEBSWERK Heidelberg (Am Bahnbetriebswerk 5, 69115 Heidelberg).

The photo exhibition "Local Spirit" is currently on display at BAR MARTINELLI until December 31, 2025 and on November 22, the photographer and mixologist will be coming to Heidelberg in person for an artist talk and guest shift.

Perrone's path to photography has been closely linked to his career in gastronomy and mixology from the very beginning. Since taking over the management of the renowned Connaught Bar in London in 2008, his photography - much like his cocktails - has evolved into a blend of creativity, humanity and the art of capturing fleeting moments. The bars he worked in or visited became his studios. Through his lens, he delved deeper into the essence of these vibrant settings and the personalities that shape them. His photographs celebrate the quiet emotions by capturing life as it unfolds - without waiting for the perfect moment.
