When Hollywood glitz meets the acoustic brilliance of the Kulturraffinerie K714, the result is an evening full of goosebump-inducing moments. With "Eastwood Symphonic", the internationally acclaimed jazz bassist and composer Kyle Eastwood invites you on a highly emotional musical journey through the life's work of his father Clint Eastwood. As a virtuoso musician and award-winning film composer, Kyle Eastwood gives the legendary soundtracks a very personal, modern touch and impressively demonstrates his talent for interweaving jazz and orchestral worlds. In this extraordinary project, the unforgettable film motifs from classics such as "Gran Torino", "Letters from Iwo Jima", "The Bridges on the River" and "Dirty Harry" merge into a new, powerful tapestry of sound.

The orchestral part will be played by none other than the Kyiv Symphony Orchestra: based in Monheim am Rhein since 2024, the ensemble will enrich the Kulturraffinerie's first season as resident orchestra and once again demonstrate its impressive versatility in this format. Together with Kyle Eastwood's excellent jazz quintet and under the direction of the Grammy-winning Luxembourg conductor Gast Waltzing, who is also responsible for the multi-faceted arrangements, a dynamic interplay of rare intensity is created. "Eastwood Symphonic" is more than just a concert - it is a deep bow to film history and a shining example of the unifying power of music.
