Laughter and joy have a positive effect on our psyche and our immune system. People who laugh regularly and feel joy are in a positive mood, reduce stress more easily and are resilient in crisis situations. In this workshop, we will practise laughing for no reason and learn effective strategies and mental exercises to maintain and regain joie de vivre. We will combine laughter yoga exercises with voice, music, dance, breathing, clapping and movement exercises. After the workshop you will feel more alive, joyful and energized.
No previous experience is required. The workshop is suitable for anyone who would like to get to know or deepen their knowledge of laughter yoga.
