The spring festival at Denkmalschmiede Höfgen invites you to an atmospheric start to May.
It has been one of the most popular events in the region for almost five decades.
Between blooming meadows and fruit trees, visitors can expect a lively mix of culture, music and a market.
A special highlight is the traditional English morris dance.
This year's guests are the Northfields Morris group from London.
In authentic costumes and accompanied by music, sticks and bells, they dance powerfully towards winter.
A varied music program on several stages provides the best entertainment.
Among others, MEHR ALS WIR, the Lose Skiffle Gemeinschaft, ETF and the Spielmannszug Mutzschen will be performing.
Finally, Die Schwarzen Löcher (The Black Holes) will once again make the stage shake.
All day long, traders and craftsmen present their wares in a relaxed atmosphere.
Culinary specialties and plenty of space invite you to picnic and linger.
Another highlight is the giant sheep dance at the May bonfire - an experience for the whole family.
