Crime thriller fans take note: Düsseldorf-born Bärbel van Alen will be reading from her third local crime novel "Dein Ende in Sicht" at the Benrather Schlosscafé.

This time, even Benrath Castle is the target of an explosives attack. A self-absorbed millionaire who is rudely transported to the afterlife and three women's corpses also cause fear and terror among the population. The investigative duo Lucky and the artist Lou have to delve into a deep swamp of vice, love and passion during their investigations. The amateur investigators soon realize that death lurks behind even the most glamorous facades.
