The Munich author and poet Elvira Steppacher cordially invites all those who stayed at home to a literary summer journey in the garden of the Monacensia. She welcomes two authors to the start of her writing residency: Lorena Simmel, who creates a fictional small town in her debut "Ferymont" (Verbrecher Verlag, 2024), and Philipp Schönthaler, who explores a futuristic archive of nuclear history in Nevada in "Seiten des Himmels" (Matthes & Seitz, 2024).
Feel free to bring a picnic blanket.
