ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:

Each of us carries a unique voice within - a living expression that connects us with life, ourselves and one another. This unique expression is deeply personal - it is the natural sound of our inner being, arising when we allow ourselves to be present and authentic.

To sing from this place is a journey of remembering - letting go of control, trusting what wants to emerge and allowing sound to move through us.

In this workshop we explore the voice through breath, intuitive sounding, gentle movement, shared vocal expression, moments of silence and the celebration of a singing circle.

We are invited to gently release judgement, fear and the conditioning that has shaped how we think our voice should sound.

Instead of learning to sing, we begin to remember the freedom of simply expressing ourselves as we are.

No experience needed - just a curious, joyful & courageous heart.

• Comfy clothes

• Cushion to sit & mat to lie on & blanket

• Water bottle

• Something jummy for our shared buffet

Where?

We will gather surrounded by living breathing plants in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of an old greenhouse turned into a romantic community oasis.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO OPTION TO PARK AT THE VENUE - please use the parking spots in the village & come by foot (5 min walk). Thank you!
