Lights on for freshly printed texts, unheard voices, a slam by the future stars of the scene! Hosted by Johanna Schubert.

Darmstadt has one of the liveliest slam scenes in Germany - and the Centralstation is its heart chamber. Here it beats, throbs and beats faster when stage performers compete with their self-written texts in front of an audience. At the Dichterschlacht it's the professionals - at the Lichterschlacht it's the most exciting newcomers from the region. One thing is clear: this is the stage for new ideas, unheard voices and fresh perspectives. The pulse of the times, as they say? On 180, we would say!

Anything you like is allowed: poetry, prose, comedy, confession, speech. Flanked by a special guest from Germany's poetry slam world. Moderated by Johanna Schubert.
