Malou Bichon, Julia Dippel and Beril Kehribar talk about diverse characters, modern heroines - and what happens when big emotions meet complex worlds and real relevance.

Malou Bichon was born in Augsburg in 1995 and studied German and art history there. Secretly a child of the north, Malou now lives in Hamburg, where she enjoys sunsets by the harbor or writing days in cafés (with a view of the water, of course). Julia Dippel was born in Munich in 1984 and works as a freelance director for theater and musical theater. In order to bring the magic of storytelling to the next generation, she has also been teaching children and young people drama for over ten years. Her text versions, adaptations and own plays have already been performed several times.

Beril Kehribar, born in 1991, lives with her husband and their two cats in an old house in the countryside - with its own small library. She has a penchant for all things dark and loves to create equally dark characters and worlds shrouded in mystery. The author can be found on Instagram and TikTok under @beril.kehribar.
