🌿 First information about the self-awareness seminar

The seminar takes place in Frankfurt am Main and lasts one day (9:30-17:30) with breaks in between.

The focus is on the method of self-encounter (constellation) according to the Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Theory (IoPT) by Prof. Franz Ruppert.

It enables inner parts, repressed emotions and relationship dynamics to be made visible.

🫶 Participation options

Option 1 - Own self-encounter / constellation

• Introduction to the method and preparation for your own concerns
• A complete personal self-encounter according to IoPT (approx. 60-90 minutes)
• Accompaniment by Maria Ravariu or Dieter Jakob (of your choice)
• Participation in the entire workshop day
• Space for integration, exchange and reflection

(Recommended for anyone who wants to work on a personal issue, relationship pattern or inner blockage)

Option 2 - Participation as a representative

• Introduction to the method of self-encounter according to IoPT
• Participation in the entire workshop day (approx. 8-9 hours)
• Possibility to participate as a representative in the self-encounters of others
• Each participation opens up new perspectives - even as a representative you can leave the day deeply touched and moved inside

(Ideal for anyone who would like to get to know the method or deepen their self-awareness)
