Mary is currently taking the first steps towards her musical independence - and doing so with impressive authenticity. At home in the singer-songwriter genre, she writes songs that are approachable and honest, carried by a gentle melancholy and deep emotion.

Kamai Melon is 19, writes her own songs and weaves poetry, vulnerability and courage into them.

Her songs are like quiet thunderstorms - gentle at the beginning, but full of power when they unfold.

She has performed on The Voice, on the stages of Bochum Total and the Bochum Music Summer - with nothing but her voice and the quiet magic that surrounds her. Multilingual, personal and international, Kamai Melon creates music that touches you before you understand it.
