"Die Zweiflers", "Schwarze Früchte" and "Sam - ein Sachse" are multi-award-winning productions in the German television and streaming landscape. What makes them so special, and how do they manage to tell often invisible stories without using clichés? What criteria decide whether a story is produced or not? And who decides? And what does it mean for marginalized people to see these stories on television? We talk about this with producer David Hadda ("The Doubters"), author and cultural scientist Lisa Tracy Michalik (co-screenwriter of "Black Fruits") as well as actor and producer Tyron Ricketts and actor Aaron Altaras (requested).
