"A bit of club and a bit of mate" ... a bit of studying this and a bit of doing that ... a bit of looking for "the big love", but always keeping all doors open... A whole generation lives in this area of tension...
Luka Blau's answer is: "A bit of both". On his debut album, he sings "gently but firmly and with a tendency towards the smoky" (Süddeutsche Zeitung) about precisely these ambivalences. It is about the fast pace of life, self-centeredness and homelessness. But it is also about the small wonders of life and, of course, about love. After the surprise success of the debut album, the "Bisschen Beides Tour" now follows.
Accompanied by Betty Akhigbe (bass, vocals), Vincent Crusius (drums), Mayso Schindele (keys, trombone) and increasingly electronic elements, the result is a pop sound that is touching and modern, yet still outside the mainstream. A bit of both.
