Winner of the Spreewald Literary Scholarship
Dresden author Anna Zepnick brings her lyrical images to the Spreewald: in October 2025, the winner of the Spreewald Literature Scholarship will read from her acclaimed debut volume rabensingen (poetenladen Verlag, Neue Lyrik series) on four evenings in the literary salon of the Hotel Bleiche Resort & Spa (Burg/Spreewald). The events are complemented by current texts that she selects especially for her readings.
Zepnick has a keen instinct for transforming everyday experiences into poetic images. Her language is both powerful and contemplative, infused with musical rhythm - a connection that is also rooted in her biography.
