Social worker Kika (Manon Clavel), who has just escaped a relationship that has fallen asleep and is happily in love, suddenly finds herself unexpectedly faced with the shambles of her life: she is pregnant for the second time when her partner suddenly dies and she finds herself a single mother with her daughter, no home and no money. Completely devastated, she has no choice but to set her priorities straight and take unconventional paths.
Director Alexe Poukine looks at her characters with great tenderness. Heartbreaking and humorous.
